Thematic groups
The Membrane Study Group (GEM)
GEM brings together researchers, biologists, biochemists, physicists and chemists interested in biological phenomena associated with membranes at all levels, from the organ to the molecule. It follows the GEIMM established in 1987 and organized as a charity by the 1901 Act
The Graphical and Molecular Modelling Group (GGMM)
The aim of the GGMM is to promote the development of molecular modelling through specific actions such as the award of grants to young PhD students to complete their thesis, the GGMM prize awarded every two years to a young researcher in recognition of original work, and the distribution of academic and industrial job offers in molecular modelling. The life of the GGMM is punctuated by alternating conferences (odd years) and thematic schools (even years).
